Once your Sorceress reaches around level 75 (perhaps with a help of a leveling build), you will be in a prime position to pick and work toward your endgame build. Keep in mind that your build will not only define your skills going forward, but also your optimal weapons and armor.
Below you can find some of the best Sorceress builds for Diablo II.
Blizzard
A well-rounded build that is a great choice for a first build, it is based around the Blizzard skill. It requires little item investment to be effective, and its high power, AoE damage, and high amount of Magic Find make it a great choice for most situations
Fire Ball (Fire Ball Meteor/Fire)
A highly explosive build that centers around the Fire Ball and Meteor skills. It requires little item investment to be effective, and is capable of dealing huge damage to both single targets and groups of enemies.
Lightning (Chain Lightning)

After getting a couple of items to counter monsters with Lightning Resist, she will be able to farm just about anything in the game easily, especially Bosses.
Frozen Orb
An AoE focused build that is a great first build, it is based around the Frozen Orb skill. It requires little item investment to be effective, it has a hit and run playstyle to Crowd Control and take out groups of enemies.
