Using the classic ‘spin to win’ playstyle, this classic Build is very effective in a wide variety of situations.
Skills
This Build mainly revolves around the use of Whirlwind. This Skill will be used as much as possible to kill all foes around you with a combination of the Bleed it inflicts, and the Dust Devils it spawns.
Additional Core Skills:
- Rallying Cry – will give you a source of Fury regen, and a boost in mobility.
- Challenging Shout – groups enemies together while also providing some damage reduction.
- War Cry – gives a boost in damage, as well as Berserking.
- Kick – mainly used to keep Bosses Vulnerable.
- Wrath of the Berserker – a powerful buff that enhances many aspects of your Barbarian.
Passives
The Key Passive for this Build is Unconstrained, as it will make Berserking last longer, as well as enhance it.
Additional Passives:
- Imposing Presence, Martial Vigor, Guttural Yell, Raid Leader, Aggressive Resistance, and Thick Skin will increase your survivability.
- Pressure Point, Booming Voice, Pit Fighter, Slaying Strike, Counteroffensive, and Wallop will boost your damage.
- Swiftness and Prolific Fury will help your utility.
Weapon Technique
For this Build, you will want to have 2-Handed Axe Expertise equipped. This will help boost your damage to Vulnerable enemies. You will want to set your Skills to use your Dual Wield weapons, while having a 1-Handed Sword and 1-Handed Mace equipped.

Equipment
Ramalandi’s Magnus Opus will increase the damage of Whirlwind, while Rage of Harrogoth will let your Bleeds reduce your Cooldowns. Crown of Lucion and Tibault’s Will will both increase your overall damage.
On top of these pieces, you will want these Legendary Aspects:
- Dust Devil, Fierce Winds, and Devilish will all cause various Skills to create Dust Devils.
- Anger Management – will help keep Berserk up consistently.
- Bold – helps keep the Cooldown of your Shout Skills low.
- Slaking and Starlight will help keep your Fury high.
You will want to use Emerald Gems on your weapons, Ruby Gems on your armor, and Diamond Gems on your jewelry.
