A very tanky build that can quickly take out any enemy an group that is close to you by completely overwhelming them with Shock Skills.
Skills
This Build mainly revolves around the use of Arc Lash. It is combined with Unstable Currents to spam random Shock spells and overwhelm enemies. With a focus on having high Cooldown Reduction, you can keep this combo up almost at all times.
Additional Core Skills:
- Lightning Spear – used to make enemies Vulnerable.
- Teleport – your main source of mobility.
- Flame Shield – gives you temporary immunity as well as some healing.
- Ice Armor – grants a huge barrier, and helps with Mana regen.
Passives
The Key Passive for this Build is Overflowing Energy, as it will improve your AoE, and keep your Cooldowns low.
Additional Passives:
- Elemental Attunement, Align the Elements, Protection, and Electrocution will increase your survivability.
- Glass Cannon, Precision Magic, Conjuration Mastery, Static Discharge, and Coursing Currents will boost your damage.

- Ball Lightning – helps produce more Crackling Energies to improve your damage.
- Teleport – gives you a huge boost in mobility.

Equipment
Esadora’s Overflowing Cameo will give you some extra AoE damage. Raiment of the Infinite will help group enemies up to you. Flickerstep will allow you to use Unstable Currents more, while Tibault’s Will and Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop will boost your overall damage.
On top of these pieces, you will want these Legendary Aspects:
- Gravitational – will cause Ball Lightning to orbit around you when cast by Unstable Currents.
- Rapid Band, Storm Swell and Conceited will increase your damage.
- Runic – will help your survivability.
You will want to use Emerald Gems on your weapon, Ruby Gems on your armor, and Skulls on your jewelry.
