This versatile Build is great for a variety of situations, being able to deal both AoE and single target damage very well.
Skills
This build mainly revolves around the use of Barrage. Because this Skill does a spread shot attack, you can either use it at a distance to deal with groups of enemies, or get up close to a boss or elite enemy to deal massive focused damage to it.
Additional Core Skills:
- Heartseeker – will give you Energy and more Critical Strike Chance and Damage.
- Dash – your main source of mobility.
- Cold Imbuement – keeps enemies Chilled/Frozen, as well as increasing your damage.
- Shadow Imbuement – use to get some extra AoE damage and Energy.
- Smoke Grenade – can help with survivability.
Passives
The Key Passive for this Build is Precision, as it pairs well with Barrage to massively boost its damage.
Additional Passives:
- Agile – increases your survivability.
- Weapon Mastery, Exploit, Malice, Frigid Finesse, and Impetus will boost your damage.
- Stutter Step, Innervation, Alchemist’s Fortune, Adrenaline Rush, and Haste will help your utility.

For this build, you will want to use the Combo Points Specialization, so that you can boost the damage of Barrage.

Equipment
Condemnation will make Barrage deal more damage, and give Heartseeker a chance to instantly give 3 Combo Points. Skyhunter will enhance Precision, and Tibault’s Will will give you more damage and another source of Energy.
On top of these pieces, you will want these Legendary Aspects:
- Umbrous – grants a chance to get free Dark Shroud casts, giving you a ‘7th’ Skill.
- Branching Volleys – increases the damage of Barrage, and gives its arrows a chance to split into more arrows.
- Metamorphosis – turns Evade into a source of damage, as well as extra mobility.
- Hectic – helps keep your Cooldowns low.
- Rapid, Edgemaster and Expectant will boost your damage.
- Might – will boost your survivability.
You will want to use Emeralds on your weapons, Rubies on your armor, and Skulls on your jewelry.
