This versatile Build is great for a variety of situations, being able to deal both AoE and single target damage very well.
Skills
This build mainly revolves around the use of Barrage. Because this Skill does a spread shot attack, you can either use it at a distance to deal with groups of enemies, or get up close to a boss or elite enemy to deal massive focused damage to it.
Additional Core Skills:
- Puncture – helps build Combo Points quickly, and makes enemies Vulnerable.
- Dash – your main source of mobility.
- Smoke Grenade – increases survivability and damage, especially against Elites.
- Cold Imbuement – keeps enemies Chilled/Frozen, as well as increasing your damage.
- Shadow Step – further boosts mobility and will give you Unstoppable.
Passives
The Key Passive for this Build is Precision, as it pairs well with Barrage to massively boost its damage.
Additional Passives:
- Sturdy, Siphoning Strikes, and Second Wind – increases your survivability.
- Weapon Mastery, Unstable Elixirs,Trick Attacks, Exploit, Malice, and Frigid Finesse will boost your damage.
- Innervation – will help your Energy high.
Specialization
For this build, you will want to use the Combo Points Specialization, so that you can boost the damage of Barrage.

Equipment
Cowl of the Nameless and Skyhunter will both increase your overall damage.
On top of these pieces, you will want these Legendary Aspects:
- Umbrous – grants a chance to get free Dark Shroud casts, giving you a ‘7th’ Skill.
- High Velocity – allows Barrage to pierce through 1 enemy, as well as increasing its Attack Speed.
- Branching Volleys – increases the damage of Barrage, and gives its arrows a chance to split into more arrows.
- Frostbitten, Concussive Strikes, Conceited, and Retribution will boost your damage.
- Cheat – will help your survivability.
- Starlight – will keep your Energy high.
You will want to use Diamond Gems on your weapons, Ruby Gems on your armor, and a mix of different Gems for different Resistances on your jewelry.
