A very tanky build that can quickly take out any enemy an group that is close to you by completely overwhelming them with Shock Skills.
Skills
This Build mainly revolves around the use of Arc Lash. It is combined with Unstable Currents to spam random Shock spells and overwhelm enemies. With a focus on having high Cooldown Reduction, you can keep this combo up almost at all times.
Additional Core Skills:
- Teleport – your main source of mobility.
- Flame Shield – gives you temporary immunity as well as some healing.
- Ice Armor – grants a huge barrier, and helps with Mana regen.
- Ice Blades – helps keep your Cooldowns low, and gives you a source of Cold damage.
Passives
The Key Passive for this Build is Vyr’s Master, as it will enhance both your damage and survivability.
Additional Passives:
- Align the Elements, Protection, Icy Veil, and Electrocution will increase your survivability.
- Glass Cannon, Conjuration Mastery, Inner Flames, Devouring Blaze, Static Discharge, Permafrost, Hoarfrost, and Coursing Currents will boost your damage.
- Invigorating Conduit – helps keep your Mana high.

Equipment
Shard of Verathiel will boost the damage of Arc Lash, while Flickerstep will help keep the Cooldown of Unstable Currents low. Raiment of the Infinite will help group enemies up to you, while Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop will boost your overall damage.
On top of these pieces, you will want these Legendary Aspects:
- Hectic – will help keep your Cooldowns low.
- Storm Swell, Moonrise, Shredding Blades, and Adaptability will increase your damage.
- Might and Mage-Lord will help your survivability.
