This Build specializes in taking on large groups of enemies, with a great damage-over-time effect.
Skills
This Build mainly revolves around the use of Blizzard. Paired with the Glacial Aspect, it will consistently deal high damage to enemies in a large area.
Additional Core Skills:
- Flame Shield – gives you temporary immunity as well as some healing.
- Ice Armor – grants a huge barrier, and helps with Mana regen.
- Teleport – your main source of mobility.
- Ice Blades – makes enemies Vulnerable, and helps with Cooldown Reduction.
- Lightning Spear – mainly used to activate Vyr’s Mastery.
Passives
The Key Passive for this Build is Vyr’s Mastery, as it will improve both your damage and survivability.
Additional Passives:
- Potent Warding, Elemental Attunement, Align the Elements, Mana Shield, Protection, Icy Veil, and Electrocution will increase your survivability.
- Glass Cannon, Conjuration Mastery, Inner Flames, Devouring Blaze, Permafrost, Hoarfrost, and Icy Touch will boost your damage.
- Devastation – will give you more Mana.

Equipment
Blue Rose will allow you to create more Ice Spikes, while Godslayer Crown will help group enemies together. Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop and Tibault’s Will will give your overall damage a boost.
On top of these pieces, you will want these Legendary Aspects:
- Glacial – needed to make this Build work, it will cause Blizzard to spawn exploding Ice Spikes.
- Frozen Tundra – increases the size of your Ice Spike explosions.
- Storm Swell – will increase your damage.
- Snowguard – will help your survivability.
- Metamorphosis – gives your Evade some extra damage.
You will want to use Emerald Gems on your weapon, Ruby Gems on your armor, and Skulls on your jewelry.
