Best Barbarian Weapons

Once you reach level 70 and have chosen a Build for your Barbarian, you will want to start picking out the best weapons to complement it. Just like with the armor sets, the weapons are designed to enhance specific Skills from the Barbarian’s arsenal, which we will mention in the Best Weapons section of this guide. Note that while some of these weapons work best for a particular build when they are equipped, others should be Cubed (their effect stored via Kanai’s Cube).

Barbarian’s unique weapons are Mighty Weapons (both 1-Handed and 2-Handed).

Barbarians will generally prefer to dual wield weapons. However, a 2-handed weapon is also viable in some builds. The specific best weapons will be based on the build you choose.
For the most part, you will never use a shield unless you need more survivability early on.
You will always want to use Flawless Royal Emeralds on your weapon sockets for the extra Critical Hit Damage.

The Three Hundredth Spear

(Spear)
Increases the damage and attack speed of Weapon Throw. Also increases the damage of Ancient Spear.
Best Use: Equip; Raekor Boulder Toss Build.
Enhances two of this build’s main Skills, Weapon Throw and Ancient Spear.

Arreat’s Law

(Spear)
Increases the damage of both Weapon Throw and Ancient Spear, and allows both to give more Fury.
Best Use: Equip; Raekor Boulder Toss Build.
Enhances two of this build’s main Skills, Weapon Throw and Ancient Spear.

The Furnace

(2-Handed Mace)
Increases damage against Elites.
Best Use: Cube; Raekor Builder Toss Build.
Gives great damage boost against Elites.

Remorseless

(1-Handed Mighty Weapon)
Greatly increases the damage of Hammer of the Ancients if Wrath of the Berserker and Call of the Ancients are active.
Best Use: Equip; LoD HotA Build.
Enhances the build’s main source of damage.

Echoing Fury

(1-Handed Mace)
Grants a stacking buff when killing enemies (up to 5 stacks), boosting Attack Speed and Movement Speed.
Best Use: Equip; LoD HotA Build.
It will greatly enhance your Attack Speed.

The Gavel of Judgment

(2-Handed Mighty Weapon)
Greatly increases the damage of Hammer of the Ancients if Wrath of the Berserkerand Call of the Ancients are active.
Best Use: Cube; LoD HotA Build.
Enhances the build’s main source of damage.

In-geom

(1-Handed Sword)
Decreases skill cooldowns for 15 seconds after killing an Elite pack.
Best Use: Equip; Waste Whirlwind Rend Build.
Will help keep Wrath of the Berserker up.

Ambo’s Pride

(1-Handed Mighty Weapon)
Causes Whirlwind to also apply Rend, and deal Rend‘s total damage over 1 second.
Best Use: Equip; Waste Whirlwind Rend Build.
This is one of the main weapons needed to make this Build work, as it will let the two main Skills work together.
