Once you reach level 70 and have picked a Build for your Witch Doctor, you will want to start assembling an armor set and weapons that complement it. Keep in mind that class armor sets are designed to enhance one or more of your character’s Skills, so we left some recommendations in the Best Armor Sets section to assist you in making your choice.

Best Witch Doctor Armor Sets
Set Items: Zunimassa’s Vision, Zunimassa’s Finger Wraps, Zunimassa’s Trail, Zunimassa’s Marrow, Zunimassa’s Cloth, Zunimassa’s String of Skulls, and Zunimassa’s Pox.
- Can be obtained through Haedrig’s Gift.
- Is used for the Zunimassa Poison Dart build.
- The full set lets your Fetish Army last until they die (they are no longer bound by the timer), and allows them (and other pets) to deal much more damage to enemies hit by your Mana spenders.
- You and your pets will also take less damage for every Fetish that’s still alive.
Set Items: Mundunugu’s Headdress, Mundunugu’s Descendant, Mundunugu’s Robe, Mundunugu’s Dance, Mundunugu’s Rhythm, and Mundunugu’s Decoration.
- Is used for the Mundunugu Spirit Barrage build.
- The set will allow Big Bad Voodoo to follow you and last twice as long.
- You will also get damage reduction when entering the spirit realm.
- Your Spirit Barrage will get a huge damage increase.
Set Items: Arachyr’s Visage, Arachyr’s Stride, Arachyr’s Mantle, Arachyr’s Carapace, Arachyr’s Legs, and Arachyr’s Claws.
- Is used for the Arachyr Corpse Spider build.
- The full set summons a Spider Queen, which can Infest enemies.

Corpse Spiders now spawns with health.
- 4 set: The Spider Queen now leaves behind webs that lasts for 15 seconds and Slows enemies. Infested enemies remain infested while on the web. You take 75% reduced damage while in the web and for 4 seconds after.
- 6 set: The damage of your creature skills is increased by 25,000%. Creature skills are Corpse Spiders, Plague of Toads, Firebats, Locust Swarm, Hex, and Piranhas.
