(LoD refers to the Legacy of Dreams Legendary Gem).
A build that focuses on both Area Damage and Thorns that allows for a lot of flexibility in gear. It does not rely on any sets, but rather a few legendaries to enhance your Skills.
Skills
The build mainly revolves around Bombardment, using it to damage enemies in a large area.
Besides Bombardment, the core Skills of this build are:
- Condemn – used to pull enemies together.
- Iron Skin – Increases your Thorns and provides damage reduction.
- Akarat’s Champion – a staple in Crusader builds; it gives you a boost in both offense and defense.
- Punish – can be used for extra mitigation and Attack Speed.
- Steed Charge – can be used for extra mobility.
- Laws of Hope – can be used to give more survivability.
Passives
- Fervor – for extra Attack Speed and Cooldown Reduction.
- Lord Commander – reduces the cooldown of Bombardment.
- Iron Maiden – gives a boost to your Thorns.
- Finary – gives a strong boost to offense and defense.
Equipment
The Mortal Drama and Belt of the Trove both greatly enhance Bombardment. The In-geom will help keep your cooldowns low. The Squirt’s Necklace, Strongarm Bracers, Stone of Jordan, and the Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan all increase your overall damage. The Aquila Cuirass, St. Archew’s Gage, and Stone Gauntlets all help with damage mitigation.
Legacy of Dreams is an essential Legendary Gem to this build, as it will massively increase your offense and defense for having only legendary gear equipped. Boyarsky’s Chip will increase your Thorns, while the Bane of the Trapped will increase your overall damage.
