A tanky and mobile Build that allows you to command an army, and overwhelm enemies with explosions.
Skills
This Build mainly revolves around overwhelming enemies with Condemn. This is accomplished by using Judgment and Phalanx together to consistently activate Condemn explosions. This Build also takes advantage of the massive boost Akarat’s Champion gets from the Armor of Akkhan set, keeping it active as much as possible.
The other core Skills in this Build are:
- Justice – used to generate Wrath, as well as increase mobility
- Laws of Valor – gives an Attack Speed boost while helping keep your Wrath high.
Passives
- Heavenly Strength – needed in order to equip a 2-Handed Weapon and Shield.
- Lord Commander – increases the damage of Phalanx.
- Finary – gives a strong boost to offense and defense.
- Long Arm of the Law – used to keep the Laws of Valor active effect up.
Equipment
The primary armor for this Build will be the Armor of Akkhan set. You will need five pieces of it for the full effect (if you Cube the Royal Ring of Grandeur). The Blade of the Prophecy and Frydehr’s Wrath greatly enhance Condemn, while the Unrelenting Phalanx and Tasker and Theo will enhance Phalanx. The Captain Crimson’s Trimmings set will increase both your damage and survivability, and the Bastions of Will set will increase your overall damage.
Enforcer, Bane of the Trapped, and Bane of the Stricken are generally the best Legendary Gems. All of them will increase your damage.
