Once you reach level 70 and have picked a Build for your Monk, you will want to start assembling an armor set and weapons that complement it. Keep in mind that class armor sets are designed to enhance one or more of your character’s Skills, so we left some recommendations in the Best Armor Sets section to assist you in making your choice.

Best Monk Armor Sets
Set Items: Decree of Justice, Weaves of Justice, Mountains of Justice, Bazubands of Justice, Lamellars of Justice, Mirrors of Justice.
- Is used for the PoJ Tempest Rush Build.
- The full set greatly enhances Sweeping Wind and Tempest Rush, and allows them to work together.
- Sweeping Wind also gains the effect of every Rune
Set Items: Sunwuko’s Crown, Sunwuko’s Balance, Sunwuko’s Leggings, Sunwuko’s Shines, Sunwuko’s Paws, and Sunwuko’s Soul.
- Is used for the Sunwuko build.
- The full set causes Sweeping Winds to spawn decoys that will taunt enemies and explode. Will also greatly increase the damage of Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush, and Wave of Light.
Set Items: Inna’s Radiance, Inna’s Favor, Inna’s Sandals, Inna’s Reach, Inna’s Temperance, Inna’s Hold, and Inna’s Vast Expanse.
- Is used for the Inna Mystic Ally build.
- The full set allows you to have up to 10 Mystic Allies of your chosen Rune, and massively increases their damage.
- You also gain the passive effects of all four Mantras and all Mystic Ally Runes.
Set Items: Captain Crimson’s Silk Girdle, Captain Crimson’s Thrust, and Captain Crimson’s Waders.
- Not an exclusive set for Monks, but helpful in many of their builds.
- The full set gives cooldown reduction, resource cost reduction, damage reduction, and increases damage dealt.

- 2 set: Increase the passive effect of your Mystic Ally and the base passive effect of your Mantra by 100%.
- 4 set: Gain the base effect of all four Mantras at all times. You gain 5% damage reduction for each Mystic Ally you have out. Your Mystic Allies no longer take damage.
- 6 set: Gain the passive abilities of the five runed Mystic Allies at all times. Attacking enemies creates your chosen Mystic Ally that lasts 15 seconds, up to 10 Mystic Allies. The damage of your Mystic Allies is increased by 900% for each Mystic Ally you have out.

- 6 set: Lashing Tail Kick, Tempest Rush, and Wave of Light have their damage increased by 1500% for each stack of Sweeping Wind you have.

- 6 set: Hitting with Tempest Rush while Sweeping Wind is active increases the size of Sweeping Wind as well and increases all damage dealt by 20,000%.

- 6 set: Your Spirit Generators increase the weapon damage of Dashing Strike to 60,000% for 6 seconds and Dashing Strike increases the damage of your Spirit Generators by 6000% for 6 seconds.
