A highly complicated but tanky Build; it has the potential for massive AoE damage.
Skills
This build mainly revolves around the use of Spirit Barrage, which will have the effects of just about every Rune and gain a huge damage boost through various pieces of gear. Big Bad Voodoo and Spirit Walk will also be important, since the boosts they gain from the Mundunugu’s Regalia set allow you to be much tankier.
Aside from these, other core Skills of this build are:
- Locust Swarm – used to enhance the damage of the pets summoned from Spirit Barrage.
- Soul Harvest – gives a burst of extra offense and defense.
- Piranhas – pulls enemies into groups and increases the damage they take.
Passives
- Grave Injustice – will help reduce cooldowns and give you more Health and Mana.
- Rush of Essence or Blood Ritual – good options to keep your Mana high.
- Confidence Ritual or Gruesome Feast – good offensive options.
- Swampland Attunement, Bad Medicine, or Spirit Vessel – good defensive options.
Equipment
The primary armor for this build will be the Mundunugu’s Regalia set. You will need five pieces of it for the full effect (if you Cube the Royal Ring of Grandeur). Voo’s Juicer, Gazing Demise, and The Barber all greatly enhance Spirit Barrage, giving it most of its Runes and changing how it deals damage. Frostburn will enhance Spirit Barrage’s damage even further. Lakumba’s Ornament gives you a huge defense boost when using Spirit Walk. The Captain Crimson’s Trimmings set and the Endless Walk set will increase both offense and defense.
Bane of the Trapped, Gorok of Swiftness, and Bane of the Stricken are generally the best Legendary Gems. Bane of the Trapped and Bane of the Stricken will both increase your damage, while Gorok of Swiftness will increase your Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction, and Dodge.
